Lol..so now it's the holidays already. One year has gone like as if it was nothing and we're free.

Anyway, congrats to all of you guys for getting good results (or at least you might have tried your best, right?) We're all gonna go forward to 2 diligence next year. We're going to get new teachers as well, so who knows what might happen? =P.

If you want, you can try getting your books early and then get a headstart with some light reading on the textbooks to give yourself a good idea of the topics. Just get the basics when you got the time yeah?

So guys...enjoy your holidays and let's look forward to next year.

Ok guys, if you haven't got a clue about what the hell our holiday assignments are, here I've listed them down for your reference:

Art

1) - Friendship sculture with plant design using recycled materials
- Submit some pictures of your process and maybe take down notes about it.

Project Work

1) Do final touches on that brochure thing.
2) -Bar chart on those surveys conducted
- FILA chart of this to be done as well
(For number 2, I'm not sure about it, so maybe you can ask around)

Maths

1) -Worksheet comprising 20 questions
-To be completed on foolscap paper.
For this one I reccomend you do it before that supplementary, cos she might ask for it that day!

English

1) Just do that worksheet

D&T

NOTE: This assignment is only for those being taught by Mr Lau. I don't know what Mr Tan is asking the other group to do.
1) Do colour scheme of your handphone design on the grid paper thing.

this is a reminder to all of you,

PLEASE DO YOUR DUTY!

Ms cheng guo mei keep on disturbing us to remind you to do duty and tell her those who don't. Unless you want your deathbed=.=, just do your DAMN duty, i not gonna go early to school to clean the classroom. And clean it properly, after " some" of you finish your duty, there is tons of dirt inside. If you don't wanna die or work in a dirty classroom, do it properly!! if the next day, i find it STILL DIRTY, i will take it as you all didn't do duty. if you can't attend it, please tell me or the other CECs, IT MUST BE A VALID REASON OR WE PUT IT AS YOU "MR/MISS RUNAWAY FROM DUTY".

I got some ppl saying they donno what their duty have to do=.=.

Sweep floor : Sweep the floor, and make sure the floor is dust free.
Table and chairs : put chairs on table and arrange table nicely.
Windows : clean windows and close them.
White board : clean it and off the power switches. ( includes the one behind teacher's table)
Noticeboard : pin it back nicely and throw away dirt in dustbin.

it is all written here, i don't want ppl saying donno what to do, if you donno your duty, PLEASE CHECK THE LIST ON THE FRONT NOTICE BOARD.

Alright, we're damn busy these few days so PLEASE CONCENTRATE AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Deadlines for projects (normal, history and LCE for most) are coming closer and closer, so if you haven't even started, get going.

As usual, tests coming up, like the history one which I reckon will be some time this week. Lucky this weekend it's a public holiday stretching til Monday so catch up on your work.

Here are other reminders I need to inform you of:
1) In 2 weeks time, remember to bring your recycled materials for art.
2) Cross country run! Punggol Park is where we're gonna do it. I guess for our PE lessons from now til after the run we'll be at the park practising. In the meantime if you're really free go down to some stadium and prepare yourself.
3) If I'm not wrong, I think Sean is going to represent our class for the literature workshop thingy. If he hasn't decided, we can suggest a character he can dress up in.

If you remembered the anouncement on the literature day, the teacher said we need one representative and choose a charactor to be, so if you could, either volunteer yourself, or volunteer someone. We should also choose one charactor that the representative is going to present. Please do so in the Cbox at the side.

Hi 1 Diligence!!! Long time no see. HAHA. Heard from someone saying that you all are no enthusiastic enough about the RECYCLING WEEK! Must be Enthusiastic okay? Try to bring anything you all can. Bring newspapers if can. Its the most simple and easiest thing to bring...LOL like me. I also bring newspaper. My class is trying our best to bring as much things as we can, so do the same thing. If anything goes wrong in class or what, feel free to come and find me. HAHA... I will be at the second floor which most of you all should know...lols

we are putting new class rules to the class... this term, we hope that you obey the class rules

Class rules of ONE DILIGENCE

1)Thou shall respect one another
2)Thou shall respect MOE
3)Thou shall cooperate with CEC members and subject reps
4)Thou shall not eat or drink in class
5)Thou shall rspect CEC members
6)Thou MUST do all their duties
7)Thou must do and pass up their homework on time
8)Thou must not dirty the class
9)Thou shall not insult others
10)thou shall obey the teacher

Any rules broken will be dealed with two choices.

1. 10 cents will be taken from you to put into the class fund. additional 10 cents will be added if you break it more then 5 times and so on.. the money will be used as the fund for the class outing.

2. you have to do class duty for 1 day and not allowed to leave unless the class is SUPER CLEAN. this is for the cleanest class award..

Those who never do both will be severly DEAD. we are telling the form teacher about the rules so NO ONE can escape with it.. AND those who oppose the class rules will have to DO both choices. each reason has a reason behind it . we will add more rules if the class doesn't improve.

Hello Peanut here....

I've noticed this morning that a few of you guys still had a ton of homework to do. I don't know if you had something going on so you had no free time. Perhaps you guys should break this bad habit.

For those who have not completed the homework, you are lucky as none of the teachers collected it today. You still have today to complete it and hand it in on time. Try your best not to leave it to do it in the morning tomorrow. Do it properly while you got time and you'll be fine with handing it up.

Erm, there's something else. The poll ONLINE deciding on where to meet up seems to be quite corrupted (lol), because there have been already over 40 votes, which means that some people not from diligence voted as well -.-

Yeah, I think we COULD do the voting again in class, so that it would be more effective.

And even those who can go also must tell me. SO i expect to have the whole class telling me whether they can come or not.. Those ppl that never tell me anything will be handed and the gathering wont be held TILL they reply So if 1 also never tell, class gathering wont be HELD. make sure you tell everyone..

one more thing, I need you all to vote which month we should have class gathering, i DONT WANT replys such as" next year " and so on.

Erm, after many of you guys left after being dismissed, Ms Koh came along and wanted to give homework to us. Kendrick and I only managed to get a few of you to return to class. She briefed us on the holiday assignment and gave out 2 letters, letting us know the details about it. The images of the letters are shown above.

Yeah, most likely everyone is celebrating the post-exams period. Slacking, playing games etc.

Well, there's still a bit of work to do before the holidays begin:

1) Science journal- write down the safety rules when you are in a science lab
2) Project work-(this is only for the groups which have not presented yet) Touch up on your work about the freshness of eggs. This is freaking important as the teacher could easily give you a straight zero if she finds it is not done.

Starting from tomorrow, Mrs Chin is going to teach us physics again. So good luck to our visualiser because she's gonna use it a lot XD.

Die liao larh... I was the only one who did not attend maths lesson at sarturday, cos i really overslept and forgot about it. I went home on friday, jus throw my bag aside, and study, revise toher subjects until late at night. I never had a touch on my bag. If i had and opened my daily journal(but i call it a homework book), i would hav knew i had the maths extra lesson. I really deserve to bang my head against the wall. I gonna die on monday and i heard there is still two maths test!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really dont want to do badly for that... I gonna get killed by ms koh... Tomorrow is going to be a crazy day for us as we are going to have 2 tests...however small or large the weightage it carries in our SA marks, we should still do our best.

First there's going to be the literature test about the facts in the book...heng sia I found out from other classes that it is going to be an open-book test! Man I'm too happy le. But still you should take a look otherwise you would waste your time flipping through the book looking for parts of the story.

Yeah and of course there is also that maths common test...man from what I have seen from the revision worksheet it won't be easy. So revise everyone!

As requested from some Diligence people Peanut is here again....lol jk.

There's going to be school mission tomorrow...I think it is held at that building near HIPS...for those who don't like walking for quite a distance, try and tahun tomorrow XD. My brother is refusing to tell me what the school mission is going to be about so I can't tell you guys now...lol.

I'm not sure whether we should be in PE attire or not...because 1 class wore PE attire and another class wore school uniform (I THINK). So maybe anything also can.

I guess the most we would need to bring along would be your pen, water bottle, umbrella, paper all inside a small bag of course.

Oh yeah about the science lesson today and Mr Leow...(to everyone) please do not go and try bluffing the teacher...it could be funny to some of you (especially Shao Xuan) but it still brings a bad name to our class...now I have no idea of what kind of action Mr Leow is gonna take...
